Starting August 1st, 2023, our utility bills will only be sent out via email. If you haven't reached out to Town Hall to let us know your email address, please do so at your earliest convenience. Feel free to call us at 970-834-2844, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, and whether you own or rent your home. We will update your information and send you an invitation to sign up with our web portal, giving you the option to access your utility account online. The web portal offers easy access to your billing history, water consumption, and options for automatic payments or one-time online payments.
If you do not have email or internet, you are welcome to come in and get a copy of your bill printed out, or to call in, again at 970-834-2844, and ask for your balance.
You do not have to sign up with the web portal, and you do not have to pay online. You are welcome to receive your bill through your email, and continue to pay in whatever way you are most comfortable paying. We will still accept payments in person, through the mail, through our drop box in front of Town Hall, and over the phone, in addition to our online options. We will still accept cash, check, money order, Google pay, Apple pay, credit, and debit payments. You're welcome to set up automatic payments online, or just pay through the website with bank drafts or cards, without setting up an auto-pay option.
